Today we are launching two new Workshop products!
First up is a leather wristband with a ruler laser-engraved into it. If find yourself always needing to measure things when you’re on the go, this is the perfect product for you.
For our second product, we made coasters out of cross-cut Christmas tree trunks. These coasters are upcycled from trees grown, harvested, decorated, and then sliced up, all in the Pacific Northwest.

Did either Santa or some non-religious entity just give you an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus? If so, we have just the thing for you. We have been working on refreshing our product line for the newer iPhones, and today we’re excited to announce a few updates.
First off, Paperback is now available for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. We added a larger camera hole to expose the flash, and we divided the notepad into four pads of 20 sheets each, making it easier for you to place a stack of multiple sticky notes on the back of your phone.
While iPhone 6 fits really nicely on our Plank, iPhone 6 Plus and other phablets have outgrown the little shelf. Today we’re releasing the Plank Plus. It’s the same minimal shelf with the same magnetic underside; it’s just a little larger.

We are excited to announce that Trunk for iPhone is now available in both black and white. (Yes, we were listening.)
While we were at it, we decided to make some improvements to Trunk’s design and construction. The new Trunk has a reinforced Lightning connection, improved “bendability” and “posability” (neither of which appears to be a word, but you get it), and Trunk is now case-friendly!
We designed a special “riser” that adds support and maintains the clean look if you do not use a case. If you do use a case, simply remove Trunk’s riser, and it works with most cases.
For our latest LVLY Workshop product, we made a lamp here in our Portland studio. We call it the Interpolate Lamp.*
We laser cut birch veneer with a rich, unusual, and complex pattern of interpolated lines. Light emits through thousands of tiny holes to create a truly magical glow. We think it’s really beautiful, and we hope you do too.

Check out the latest DROOG product in our store. Paper Pencils are made from leftover magazines and newspapers, by rolling paper on the carbon core. In the production process as little glue as possible is used while maintaining the desired quality. Every pencil is unique and handmade in a social workshop in the Netherlands.
We started our company because we wanted to create and sell (mostly create) fun, unusual products. Thanks to all of you, we have grown a lot in the last three and a half years. The last few months have been especially busy. We started going by our nickname “LVLY,” we opened a store, and we’ve continued to work on new products.
Two weeks ago, we opened our flagship store in Portland. While we were figuring out what to put on the shelves, we wanted to include clever products made by others. Honestly, with most of these products, we wish we had thought of them first.
Today, we’re expanding our online store to include a few products made by likeminded designers. There’s the Ostrich Pillow Light to rest your head anywhere, a magnetic tea towel, erasers that let you play barber, and much more. We’re movin’ on up… to the east side!
We’re opening our first store in Southeast Portland! We’ll have all our products for sale, as well as some other products that we like.

As soon as we launched Paperback, the requests for variations started flowing in. We aren’t ready to do Hello Kitty or college football* versions, but we definitely want Paperback to play nicely with the rest of your ensemble. Today we are happy to announce Paperback in three new colors — pink, white, and blue — in addition to classic yellow.
